Terms & Conditions – Styled by VIDA RUCCI
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and agreements with Styled by VIDA RUCCI.
By submitting a reservation or enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Styled by VIDA RUCCI offers personal styling experiences focused on hair and jewellery styling. Each experience is designed around refinement, balance, and individual expression. As part of your experience, you will receive one atelier jewellery piece, consisting of: one pair of earrings or one bracelet set.
During the session, you will have the opportunity to explore, try on, and, if desired, purchase additional jewellery.
3. Reservations
Reservations may be made via the website, enquiry form, or personal contact.
A request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Following your enquiry, we will personally contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.
Your booking becomes confirmed only upon explicit confirmation by Styled by VIDA RUCCI.
4. Location
The styling experience takes place in the comfort of your own environment, unless agreed otherwise.
We kindly ask you to provide a suitable and comfortable space where the session can take place in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
5. Duration of the Session
The stated duration of a styling experience is indicative.The actual duration may vary depending on your preferences and individual needs.
The price of the experience is fixed and is not affected by any extension of the session.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless specified otherwise. During your experience, you will receive 15% off any additional jewellery selected during the session.
Additional jewellery purchases are separate from the styling experience and will be charged accordingly.
Payment can be made conveniently in cash or by card during the session.
7. Discounts and Offers
Any discounts are valid only at the time of purchase and under the communicated conditions.
Discounts are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations on the day of the appointment, or where the session cannot take place at the agreed location, will result in the full amount being charged.
Time is reserved exclusively for you, and our schedule is arranged accordingly.
9. Guarantee
At Styled by VIDA RUCCI, your experience and satisfaction are central. We work with care, attention, and precision to create a look that aligns with who you are.
As style and personal expression are inherently subjective, we cannot guarantee how the results will be individually perceived.
Should any aspect not fully meet your expectations, we will work with you to thoughtfully refine and align the outcome.
10. Use of Jewellery
During the styling experience, jewellery is used as an integral part of the styling process.
Within your selected Style Signature, you will have access to a carefully curated selection of atelier jewellery.
These pieces can be explored, tried on, and combined in a relaxed and personal setting.
The atelier piece included in your experience consists of one pair of earrings or one bracelet set.
All other jewellery remains the property of Styled by VIDA RUCCI, unless purchased separately during the session.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, styling concepts, and materials created by Styled by VIDA RUCCI remain its intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.
